Our fitness band set contains the following bands:

- LIGHT (red) / 200cm * 15cm * 0.25mm: For light strength training, warm-up and stretching.
- MEDIUM (purple) / 200cm * 15cm * 0.40mm: The all-round tape with medium resistance. Suitable for most exercises.
- STRONG (green) / 200cm * 15cm * 0.55mm: Ideal for the legs and heavy exercises for the upper body.
